Hello everyone - yes we have been cooking, our computer was not working for a while. There are lots of new things that happend in our cooking world:
He got a spice rack from a moving sale. The people were going to LA and had to sell everything.
We broke two wine glasses from our wedding, but bought 6 more from the moving sale.
We also got a potato masher too!
We had Bike and Beret over for dinner a couple weeks ago. Beret said the salad was a nice introduction to spring.
Perhaps both of you would guest write for this blog? There is no picture of the roasted fruit because we ate it so fast. The fruit could have been more ripe but the ice cream pulled it together.

I'm wondering how you guys broke the wine glasses, so I can only assume you threw them in the fireplace in a moment of passion. Sounds like something crazy newlyweds would do.
ReplyDeleteOur fireplace is electric, so the wine glasses just sort of hit the wall.
ReplyDeleteYoung Lords and Ladies did gather.
ReplyDeleteAs I write you today of an eve when the summer breezes were not quite so fair. A feast was prepared and lasted as long as the menstruation of a Hyphen Dotted Hawaiian Tree Toad (Carlton Cuse tells me it is very short) for it was gobbled by Duke Bike and his compatriots in more than a hurry.
The air of the evening swelled with good cheer throughout the courses, salted primly and adroitly. Fed was I, fed was he and fed was she by a timeless scrumptious meal lifted above it's mere time and place to the world of Gods like Zeus, God and Battleshed Bob.
Beret tells me she wants her stuff back!
